Terms and conditions

These terms are a working draft prepared alongside the product. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the business identity details below are published from configuration — where a field is blank, it has not yet been confirmed by the business owner.

These terms govern your purchase of digital products from AI Cloud Ink at aicloud.ink. The registered business details are published on the contact page.

A one-time purchase of digital products: two PDF editions of the book and a downloadable toolkit archive. Access is delivered as download links from an order page, not as physical goods.

The purchase is one-time. No recurring payment is created, no payment method is stored by us, and you will not be charged again for this purchase.

Personal coaching, where offered, is a separate purchase on separate terms.

You may read, print and keep the files on any device you own, indefinitely.

You may edit the toolkit files and use them in your own commercial work with your own clients, without attribution.

You may not resell or redistribute the book or the toolkit as products, and you may not republish substantial parts of the text as your own work.

Download links expire and have a usage limit so that a publicly shared link stops working. This is not a limit on your access: you can generate fresh links from your order page at any time while your order stands as paid.

The book describes methods and includes worked examples with invented figures, which are labelled as such. It does not promise any commercial result, any level of income, or that you will obtain clients.

The case study in the book states a subscription price for one real project. That figure is not profit, not passive income, and not a prediction of your outcome.

Nothing in the book is legal, tax or financial advice. Where it discusses contracts or tax, it says to consult a professional in your jurisdiction, and you should.

We aim to keep the site and your order page available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download is unavailable, contact us and we will supply the files another way.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
