Privacy policy

This policy is a working draft prepared alongside the product. It describes what the software actually does, which is a good starting point, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the business identity is published from configuration.

When you buy: your email address, optionally your name, the amount and currency, the payment provider's reference for your payment, and the time of purchase. Your email is needed to give you your order page and receipt.

We record a truncated browser user-agent string with the order, to help diagnose delivery problems.

When you download a file: we increment a counter and record the time, against your order.

We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details. Those go directly to the payment provider, which handles them under its own terms.

We do not require an account and we do not store a password.

If a Meta Pixel is configured, this site loads it and sends page-view and purchase events to Meta for advertising measurement. Your order page is excluded from search indexing and from the sitemap for this reason.

If no pixel is configured, no such script is loaded at all.

Payment is processed by a third-party provider. The provider receives what it needs to take the payment, and confirms the outcome to our server directly. We verify that confirmation cryptographically before unlocking anything.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet accounting and tax obligations.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, subject to records we must keep for tax purposes. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
